The BF MkII
Ford Falcon is a refreshement of the BF series, and consisted
of cosmetic, mechanical and trim modifications, namely to non-XR
models. Falcon models released October 22 2006. Replaced in
May 2008 by the new-generation FG Falcon.

Ford Performance Racing were racing two BF Falcons, #5 Mark
Winterbottom (Ford Credit/Orrcon), and #6 Steven Richards

2008
V8 Supercar Championship
Jamie Whincup
#88 Triple Eight Racing (Team Vodafone) won the 2008 championship
in a BF Ford Falcon. He also won the Bathurst 1000 with team
mate Craig Lowndes, both completing a trifecta of Bathurst wins
for themselves from 2006-2008 in the Ford Falcon.
2nd place in the championship was Mark Winterbottom #5 Ford
Performance Racing.
